Tóm tắt
Bài viết trình bày một số vấn đề liên quan đến nâng cao vai trò và năng lực của đội ngũ làm công tác hành chính tại Trường Đại học Khoa học, gồm: nhiệm vụ, thực trạng chất lượng đội ngũ làm công tác hành chính bằng phương pháp thống kê, so sánh, đối chiếu; phân tích, tổng hợp, thu thập thông tin, số liệu từ việc khảo sát. Qua đó xác định các giải pháp phù hợp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ làm hành chính, đáp ứng yêu cầu của đơn vị trong giai đoạn công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa đất nước và hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế.
